Order exceeding the Available Quantity
In this example, we will clarify how OrderPad handles the scenario when you attempt to place an order quantity exceeding the available stock.
- In the current store location displayed by OrderPad, the available quantity is 1, and you intend to place an order for a quantity of 3.
- As the order quantity exceeds the available quantity, OrderPad will initially show an alert message, notifying you that the desired order quantity surpasses the available quantity.
- In this scenario, OrderPad does not restrict adding the product to the cart even if it’s not in stock. You can proceed to [Add to Cart].
- If you are placing an order for a different store, OrderPad will initially present a pop-up with a confirmation message indicating that you are in a different store. To proceed, click the [Confirm] button.
Note: when placing an order from a different store, the OrderPad will display a pop-up notification, regardless of the available quantity, to inform you that the order is being placed from a different store.
