The product content area comprises the [SKU], [Text Editor], [Generate], and [Update] options.
Product SKU: BigCommerce uses the product SKU (Store Keeping Unit) as a unique identifier for connection with the Open AI platform.
Product: You can track the [SKU] from BigCommerce’s product page, as illustrated below:
Product Details include the [SKU] and product description (if applicable).
SKU Description: The figure below displays the existing SKU description in BigCommerce.
Generate: To generate content, input the SKU in the Product SKU field and click the [Generate] button in the Kensium Open AI app, which will use the API integration. The details will be displayed in the Kensium Open AI app, as illustrated in the images below. There are no constraints to generate; you can generate N numbers of times as needed.
Text Editor: Open AI generates product descriptions using an Open API call and displays them in the editor section. You can edit the product description, including the entire text and text styles. The software also has a feature to count the number of characters and words.
Update: To modify the product description, click the [update] button in BigCommerce and choose the SKU. The app will update the Product Description using the SKU as a unique identifier.
All the changes you’ve made will be reflected in the product description on the BigCommerce Product page, beside the SKU.
The Kensium Open AI app will display an error message if you enter an incorrect SKU i.e. one that does not exist in BigCommerce.
