Check the Availability and Switch Store

OrderPad enables you to verify the product’s availability in other stores. Therefore, if a customer needs an item not in stock or an amount exceeding the stock quantity of the store, you can click on the [Check Availability] and check available stocks of the other stores/ locations. You can change the store/ location from the product page. To switch store

• Click on [Check Availability] and a pop-up will appear with other stores and available quantities.

• Click on [Switch] to change the store.

• A secondary pop-up will appear for confirmation. To complete the action, click on [Confirm].

• Your store has now changed.
