A product banner is text that is optionally displayed at the top of a product group or product section. The same banner can be shared across multiple product groups or sections.

Standard Fields
  • Code is an unique identifier for the product banner.
    • This value may be referenced by other systems, including during import and export.
    • The value cannot be changed after the product banner is first saved, unless the clerk has Change Codes permission.
  • Text is the text that is displayed at the top of the product group or section.
URL field

The URL field is the optional URL that is invoked if the use clicks on or taps the banner.

This URL can invoke a web page, or even a page within the Cart App.
